We’re still here for our customers throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic


During this unprecedented time and in response to government advice, we had to make significant changes to the way we operate, particularly when our office closed to the public in March.  We are now providing our services via telephone, email, social media and on our website.  We’ve expanded our services, moving more digitally and have recently launched our fully digital application process.  Our editable housing application form and medical form, if required, can be completed on a computer and returned to  We were delighted to have put in place virtual viewings for our applicants who have been offered a house.  Virtual viewings can take place over live video chat programmes or via a link on our website.  ‘Check-in’ telephone calls with our vulnerable tenants also commenced and support and signposting is offered.
